Vintage Santa An oldie but goodie!

This stamp belongs to Tim Holtz set number 053, Letters to Santa. Very detailed so stamping requires some practice. As well it's important to use the right substrate or paper.

In these cards I used 3 different papers.
- Speciality Stamping Paper for the Santa image
- Tim Holtz Woodgrain paper for the boarder
- cardstock for the embossing and card base.

Other products:
- walnut Stain Oxide ink
- Walnut Stain distress
- Black Soot Distress
- Versafine Morning Mist
- My Favorite Things Christmas Background
-  Honeybee Christmas Blessings
- Sizzix Bigz Die Poinsettia
- Tim Holtz Die Holiday Greens
- Tim Holtz Snowflake Embossing folder
- Tim Holtz mica Stain Phanton mist & Decayed
- photo corners

Loved dipping in my older stash!

Enjoy and create something pretty today ♡♡

Vintage styled Christmas Cards

Who here knows I am a Tim Holtz fan?!?!? Don't have to travel far down the blog posts to realize that.

Vintage is my love as there's so many hidden stories and history in things of age.

Even though the prints used creating these cards are not vintage they are indeed prints taken from things that are, therefore visually the mind is open to "imagine" days gone by.

Enjoy and create something today!

Tags Galore!

This season has been occupied with all the bits and pieces from Tim Holtz Christmas 2023 collections. No stamping required in building these delightful clusters for large gift tags. The beauty is these tags are sturdy enough to be kept as hanging ornaments for years to come.

As always, my desire is to stir the unlimited possiblities for creative release!

Enjoy

The Surpreme Gift Card Holder and More!

Not sure about you but I struggle with giving gift cards. Not because they are not appropriate (I personally LOVE them- hint-hint :) but because there's no "surprise or nothing to really unwrap.

Well that has all changed with this project! With a little imagination and lots of adhesive this magical 5x5x5 opening cube was created! Each side, as well as the inside cover and an extra free standing inside has a mini book that can hold 4 Gift cards, or 2 Gift Cards and 2 wallet size photo's- or any combination of. That's a total of 24! There is so much to unwrap and explore with each side that this is truly a gift on it's own. The inside is empty so that can be a vessel for candy, another gift or really whatever you feel you want to give.

Here are a few still photos but for the full show and tell of secrets to create, come join us at 1 EST over on the Younique Facebook Page this Saturday Nov 18.
