October and November DIY Calendar

Been some time since posting here! Don't fretting though as lots of creative projects have been unveiled either over on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. Follow me on all three so you don't miss out.

DIY Calendar

Today I did something that wasn't really planned. I recently purchased a DIY Calander @Younique Scrapbook Store and today I started it! Normally we do our years January to January however this month marks 1 year being on the Younique Design Team so I thought it would be a wonderful way to capture the next year's classes and other crafty fun. 

There's room to design your cover. I decided to use a photo of my craft space since this is where the magic happens. 

As well each month you have a blank page which I will use to create a layout in celebration of the month and then your calendar. 

Not sure about you but I have a stash! I got in that stash of stamps, empherma and inks and started to create the month. I'll add more as the days pass to fill it up real nice.

Introducing Greta

Yes I am on an AALL & Create journey! The possibilities on how you can combine these stamps, stencils, dies and empherma is endless!

Bee Free

Love these cute stamps from AALL & Ceate! 

Here is the set called Bee Free done using 3 different mediums.

First one is using Kraft cardstock and coloring pencils by prisma. Added Tim Holtz honey comb,  A little wink of Stella for glitter and finished.

Take 2: using cream color cardstock and alcohol ink markers. A few gems for sparkle.

Lastly, using water color paper and Tim Holtz Pencil crayons. Added some wobbles on the back and Glossy accents to eyes and wings, modeling paste with honey comb stencils and Tim Holtz Sprits..

I made 4 of each and now this stamp is on sale on my Facebook page.

Being from the Maritimes how can I not love this Stamperia line! Honoring my father in law as he is still at the wheel at his young age of 80. All supplies can be found at Younique Scrapbooking Store. Add some stamping, sewing and spalts for texture.

2024 Journal Art

This year I will be doing journal art on a regular base. Once a quarter I will do live facebook over at Younique Scrapbook Store where we will make gel prints for the upcoming 3 months. We will use color pallets from the color box, and we will have some messy fun! Catch up by watching our gel print class for January, February and March of 2024. Check out the VIDEO for the below print class!

Stamperia- Coffee and Chocolate

 

A crafting session was much needed after the holidays! Stamperia's line of Coffee and Chocolate was a perfect kick off to a season of making.

I used the following products from the line. Other products listed below:
